The Dual Group has been successfully trading in properties for over 20 years, and our staff is fully qualified in carrying out the following inspections in both the commercial and residential market:

Available information in relation to the regulatory requirements on EPC's is sometimes unclear. With this in mind, we have put together some information sheets which we hope will be useful, and will provide you with clear information without government jargon/doublespeak.
